Terms of Service
Effective June 2025. This document is a summary. Your specific engagement with JDOptix may include additional agreements.
By accessing or using JDOptix services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
JDOptix provides SaaS software for lens manufacturing and related optical operations. Availability, features and pricing are as described in the applicable order form.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of your data. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Fees are as set out in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties except as expressly stated in your agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your primary place of business as agreed in your order form.
